Q: How do I order?

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the "Add To Cart" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible! 

   

Q: I have not received my tracking number yet?

A: Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your tracking number. If you haven't received it after 5 days, please contact us here.  Please note that your tracking details will be email to the email address you used when you ordered.

 

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. We will ship your order as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your email address.  We ship worldwide and average shipping times are 5 to 15 business days. USA Shipping times are 4-8 days.

Q: How long does it take to get my order?

A: We ship worldwide. We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days.  Weekends and public holidays may take a day or two longer. Once we ship your order it should reach you within 5-15 business days depending on your location. USA Shipping times are 4-8 days.


Q: How do I know you've charged my card?

A: All charges from us will show as "smarthanger*co" on your card statement.

 

Q: Help! I'm having trouble with my debit/credit card 

A: If you are having trouble with your credit or debit card transaction not going through, please choose the Paypal option 

 

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes, we ship to most of Europe, North America and parts of Australasia.

 

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

  

Q: Does SmartHanger provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If your product is not perfect, contact us immediately.

Q: Will there be any customs charges?

A: Please be sure to check customs regulations in your country as we do not accept responsibility for customs charges or customs delays.
